This Nauta Whistleblowing Channel is a means through which you can ask questions and report breaches of the actions or omissions provided for in current legislation which regulates the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
This Channel is part of Nauta's Internal Information System as well the Internal Information System Policy and the Internal Information System Management Procedure.
Complaints will be processed and managed by a System Manager, who will ensure both the guarantees of confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower's identity. The possibility of making anonymous reports, the prohibition of retaliation, the protection of the rights of the reported party and the appropriate treatment of personal data contained in the communication are also guaranteed.
The Whistleblowing Channel is one of the main sources of information and crime detection and we will ensure that there is no retaliation of any kind against those users who have raised questions/complaints, as well as ensuring the proper management of any potential conflict of interest.
Please use this channel responsibly. For example, any information relating to customer complaints, unsubstantiated false accusations, etc. are not considered within its scope.

El presente Canal de Denuncias de Nauta es un medio a través del cual podrás formular consultas y denunciar incumplimientos de las acciones u omisiones previstas en la legislación vigente reguladora de la protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupción.
Este Canal forma parte del Sistema interno de información de Nauta, así como los documentos que lo integran y lo desarrollan: la Política del Sistema Interno de Información y el Procedimiento de Gestión del Sistema Internode Información.
Las denuncias serán tramitadas y gestionadas por un Responsable del Sistema, que velará tanto por las garantías de confidencialidad como reserva de la identidad del denunciante. Asimismo, se garantizará la opción de realizar denuncias de forma anónima, la prohibición de represalias, la protección de los derechos del denunciado y el adecuado tratamiento de los datos personales contenidos en la comunicación.
El Canal de Denuncias es una de las principales fuentes de información y detección de delitos y se velará por que no se produzca ningún tipo de represalia sobre aquellos usuarios que hayan planteado consultas/denuncias así como asegurar la adecuada gestión de cualquier potencial conflicto de interés.
