Operations Associate
Nauta is a leading European VC firm that invests in early-stage B2B software companies from our offices in Barcelona and London. With over €550M under management and almost 20 years' experience investing across Europe, we have led investments in more than 90 companies such as Brandwatch, Holded, Marfeel, Lodgify, and Cledara. To date we’ve been part of exits valuing more than €2.5B.
We strongly believe that diverse backgrounds and life experiences within our team are key to being a successful VC firm. In an ever-changing technology world, we need to bring as many different perspectives as possible into our decisions. To achieve this, we are actively looking to increase the diversity of our team in all dimensions, and we particularly encourage applications from groups underrepresented throughout the Venture Capital industry.
We are currently recruiting an Operations Associate to join our Barcelona office. It is a fundamentally important part of the team and an amazing insight into the workings of a VC firm.
