Operations Analyst Intern

We are currently recruiting an Operations Intern Analyst for our Barcelona office with a start date between December 2025 and January 2026, for a duration of 6 months with the possibility to extend to 12 months. The Analyst will be working closely with the Operations team assisting in the fund’s daily operations.
Role Overview:
- Reporting to our Limited Partners (LPs)
- Execution of financing rounds in early-stage technology companies worldwide
- Execution of M&A deals
- Assisting fundraising and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the structuring of a new fund
- Performing fund and portfolio valuations / analysis
- Ensuring Nauta follows data protection and AML best practices
- Dealing with corporate and tax general matters
- Development of ESG policies and monitoring of ESG KPI’s
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently studying Law, Business (or both, even better!) or Engineering - although other degrees will also be considered
- Fluent both in English and Spanish
- Passionate about finance, law and/or operations at startups and the Venture Capital industry
