Operations Analyst Intern

We are currently recruiting an Operations Analyst Intern for the Barcelona office for the period from January to June 2025. The Intern will be working closely with the Operations team assisting in the fund’s daily operations.

- Execution of financing rounds in young technology companies worldwide
- Reporting to our Limited Partners
- Fundraising and regulatory compliance
- Structuring of a new fund
- Developing ESG policies
- Fund and portfolio analysis
- Data Protection and AML
- Dealing with corporate and tax general matters
- Development and monitoring of Diversity KPI’s
Candidate profile:
- Passionate about start-ups and the Venture Capital industry
- Currently studying Law or Business (or both, even better!) - although other degrees will also be considered
- An excellent student with passion for Corporate Law and Finance
- Fluent both in English and Spanish
