Investment Analyst Intern

Nauta Capital is a leading European VC firm that invests in early-stage B2B software companies from our hubs in Barcelona and London. With €500M+ under management historically, we have backed technology disruptors such as Brandwatch, Holded, Onna, Lodgify, and Cledara.

We are recruiting an Investment Analyst for the Barcelona office for a 6- or 12-month internship period. As an Analyst, you will be an important part in our investment team, contributing to the scouting and analysis of early-stage B2B software companies in Southern Europe. Role Overview:

• Supporting with deal sourcing, screening opportunities, and pipeline management
• Making the life of other investment team members significantly easier
• Documenting all meetings and updating our CRM
• Conducting market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Actively engaging with founders and assessing their business models
• Collaborating with various tasks within the Investments team

Ideal Candidate:

• Curiosity and a passion for technology and innovation
• Organized, with great attention to detail and quick learner
• Great communication skills to express ideas and opinions in an articulated way
• You can maintain the professional and respected reputation of Nauta in communicating with founders and external parties
• Currently studying or just finished a Science or Business Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous internship experience in a technology or investment related field is a plus
